A green summer floating project from plastic pop bottles
If old useless plastic bottles take too much space in your house, you definitely need a good green solution to get rid of them.
Before recycling the tons of bottles piled up on top of each other, you can give them a great chance to prove themselves to be useful for not just keeping your favorite drinks from being all over your basement, but for cool water fun activities too!

your green summer floating project
This idea becomes especially useful when you’re stuck in your boiling hot backyard with your awesome friends, and a refreshing lake near by.
Later on, you can present this green project to your school or community as a good example of re-using and saving the Earth from unnecessary garbage.
If you are going to a summer camp, you can introduce this idea to the camp staff in advance, become a green project leader and make it there with your buddies.
OK, let’s start!
You need:
- 120 plastic 2L bottles,
- duct tape,
- scissors
- any hard light cover (plastic, plywood, etc, for instance, your old table cover)

Put 10 bottles on the floor in a row, side to side and stick them together with duct tape. Make 11 more rows - twelve in total.
Preparation: Make sure all the bottles are empty and caps are put on tightly.

Make the first 'level' from 6 rows and stick them together with duct tape. Make the second 'level' the same way. Stick both 'levels' together by duck tape

Looks like you guys are interested in craft projects made out of old stuff. Any idea for old auto tires or other auto part?
People used to make lots of things out of old auto tires somewhere in Africa. I don’t think they do it for fun there.
I have a couple ideas what can be done with old auto tires, if i go with it, promise to post a picture here.
