Another Amazing PET Project: Jewerly From Gulnur Ozdaglar

It’s interesting what the talented contemporary and fashion designers use to make jewelry out of nowadays! Even the most unusual material, the one you’d never guess to be fitting for a beautiful and stylish ring or necklace.

Beautiful jewelry can be made from marine style silicon, eclectic blue decorations of beads, caps that came from a variety of bottles, skateboards and even from used plastic bottles.

A Turkish artist Gulnur Ozdaglar, is concerned about preserving our environment and the materials we recycle, which are considered the main polluters of nature. Her ornaments made from plastic bottles make a small contribution to solving global problems, important not only in her homeland Turkey, but in all other countries as well.

Gulnur Ozdaglar, as well as all her friends and neighbors, didn’t throw out a single plastic bottle in the past year, she let them all in motion.

LiveGreenStyle has already posted Gulnur Ozdaglar’s cool wedding accessories.
With an open flame, scissors, knife and a soldering iron, Gulnur Ozdaglar transforms plastic bottles into beautiful and delicate brooches, necklaces, earrings, as well as chandeliers, bowls and vases. At first glance ornaments look very fragile, resembling crystal products. In fact, they are light and airy. And it is extremely difficult to believe that such beauty can be created from simple and ordinary-looking plastic containers.
